Order approval

Once you place your order, we’ll email you a digital proof of your design. Reply to approve it or request changes. We’ll begin production after you approve the proof.

Our processing time starts when you approve your digital proof, rather than when you place your order.

Dispatch times

We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of proof approval. Working days are Monday to Friday. Approvals received after 3 pm may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery options

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery: £2.99, or free on orders over £30. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Express delivery: £3.99. Estimated delivery is 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail or courier delays.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address may delay your order or prevent delivery. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damage. If it hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, get in touch and we’ll investigate.
